Atlast the Alpha X-SIM team have delivered Turbo SIM unlock solution for iPhone 4S all current versions supported. They said this Turbo SIM works only on iPhone 4S.

CAN'T WORK IPHONE 4
Before you use X-SIM please switch off your SIM PIN

Insert the X-SIM and SIM to iphone then power on , phone will ask for SIM PIN then press Unlock ,you just need to enter the 7 digits IMSI (prefixed IMSI is AT&T 3104101), after you enter the correct IMSI phone will automatic start to search and get the network. When you reboot your iphone it will ask for SIM pin again you just need to input four zero"0000" to use your last input.

To store last setting and remove PIN code request on startup
Go to Settings->Phone->SIM Pin->SIM Pin = set to OFF and input eight eights "88888888".
From now You can manage Your SIM's PIN code as You was doing it before.

To reset X-Sim configuration and enable PIN code request on startup
Go to Settings->Phone->SIM Pin->SIM Pin = set to ON and input eight zeros "00000000".

*remove the PIN code request might slow down speed.
